The brightest voice in the P family.

The C12R is the brightest voice in the Jensen P family — even though it's the ceramic one. The scoop is there, same as the alnico P-series, but the presence peak has shifted up and the top end extends further than any alnico twelve in the cohort. Where the P12R peaks in the piercing range, the C12R peaks higher, in ice-pick territory. Not a hi-fi speaker, but the closest the P-family comes. A tweed-era voice with a brighter, more extended top.
